This weekend I shaped the reinforcement angles. Next I bent the angles and the spars to 6 degrees. Then I finished drilling the doublers to the spar and reinforcement angles. We trimmed up the HS-00006’s this is a little simpler than the older style ribs that many have had edge distance issues with. We prepped all the ribs. and cleco’d up everything we could. Almost ready for skins! Looks almost like an airplane part.
